NHS North Lancashire PCT Strategic Plan

Strategic Plan Booklets- NHS strategic planning document

NHS North Lancashire were in the process of launching their strategic plan for the next five years. Their aim was to promote healthy lifestyles, prevent ill health, restore health where they can and ensure that every person in North Lancashire has the same opportunities to access health services regardless of where they live.

To ensure that the communication of this plan was effective they worked with Perfect Circle to develop a corporate identity that could illustrate their ambitions as an organisation. The project commenced with Perfect Circle developing of the concept ‘Supporting a healthier, better life’, that aligned with NHS North Lancashire’s strategic direction.

The creative direction then followed on from ‘Supporting a healthier, better life’ to provide NHS North Lancashire with a visual concept that illustrated their ambition to promote healthy lifestyles, prevent ill health, restore health where they can for every person in North Lancashire whatever their stage or circumstance of life.

Once the corporate identity was completed we worked with NHS North Lancashire to help visually communicate their Strategic Plan. This plan explains how they will provide quality healthcare with a better choice of services that will be easier to access and use.
