West Devon Borough Council, worked with Perfect Circle in a ground-breaking recycling campaign that was created to intensify their recycling efforts.  The Green and Clean campaign was launched to signpost their new recycling service for the collection of garden waste and cardboard.  The success of this recycling campaign was extended into other regions of the UK by Perfect Circle, including the Bin Thinking campaign with Chorley Borough Council that was created to increase the recycling rate of Chorley’s residents.
