Following on from our first blog, we’re delighted to announce that the Rochdale Creates Directory Website is now live.
This new online space brings together artists, musicians, designers, performers, writers and many more creative organisations from across Rochdale, Heywood, Middleton and the Pennines. The directory is a celebration of culture and creativity in all its forms.
Perfect Circle combined awesome web design and build expertise with local understanding to create a culture and placemaking directory website that leads with the latest UI design, providing a UX that is authentic, welcoming and easy to use.
It’s already becoming a vital resource for the borough’s creative sector – a space that encourages connection, visibility and long-term cultural growth. Our team worked hand in hand with Rochdale Creates to deliver a design that reflects the town’s cultural heartbeat and shows off its vibrant creative and cultural sector.
Every detail from the navigation to photography and the visual styling was created to make the brand experience consistent, whilst making the user experience simple, engaging and feel proudly Rochdale Creates.
It is designed to make it easier for people to connect, collaborate and celebrate what makes Rochdale such a creative and distinctive place to work. For the first time, the borough’s creative talent has a shared space to be seen and supported.
More than 100 creatives signed up within the first few weeks, showing how the platform’s community-led design is helping Rochdale’s creative network thrive.
