Lattimer wanted us to come to their rescue not only to develop a website that cemented the company as a leader in the glass bottle engineering industry, but one that also allowed customers to access their stock range and product information 24/7.
Unfortunately, the process of web design had to be done back to front, which confused our poor web techies. The functionality (or boring bit to you) of the website was paramount and therefore had to work out how it was going to work at the back end. Only once that was cracked, could we then look at the creativity for the website (interesting bit to you). We had to make sure that the web had the right security and ensure smooth transactions. In the end, we created a full ecommerce website developed with product database (15,0000), pdf technical bulletins and technical drawings. A website that leads the field in the industry, attracting acclaim from customers for its rich source of information.
