NHS Social Marketing Campaign Identity

Over the past 20 years Perfect Circle has developed a core expertise at social marketing within health and education, and developing campaign identities to launch multi-million pound services is an area where Perfect Circle has the experience to deliver.

Perfect Circle worked with NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale PCT on a social marketing campaign designed to decrease the number of non-attended dental appointments from pre-campaign levels of 10%.  To bring this campaign to life Perfect Circle develop the campiagn identity of ‘Use it, don’t loose it’. 

Non attendance costs the NHS approx seven hundred thousand pounds per year, so it was crucial that the campaign educated patients that if they do not attend their NHS appointment they are also denying other patients treatment and wasting their resources.  The campaign was created to communicate that non-attendance of appointments can lead to NHS dental treatment being withdrawn and was structured to encourage patients to cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice.
